Cars in Review: 2024 Lexus RC

    October 11, 2024 /

We made it to another cars in review and this time, we will be spotlighting the 2024 Lexus RC. Now the Lexus RC’s design is one thing that stands out – some would even say it’s showing its age – but the car is 9 years old (in 2024), so who could really blame it for not fitting in with today’s new releases? I mean is it really such a bad thing to stand out from the crowd if it makes you special and unique?  And the price tag on this model screams anything but “vintage costs” starting at $45,920 for the base model and the top of the line…

5 of the Most Controversial Cars Ever Made

    September 27, 2024 /

In this week’s edition, I decided to write about 5 of the most controversial cars to exist, cause why not do some exploring? Not all cars are made with the intention of serving the public, some are made to stir up trouble and since this is not something you read about often enough, I decided to dedicate a whole post to this.  All cars do start out with not much to their name – mainly whatever reputation the car company itself has follows with the models, but give it a few years, sometimes even months, and oh boy! Unfortunately, some models see their downfall due to rumours, but by the…

Alpine Has Entered the EV World

    September 13, 2024 /

I’ve only ever written a blog post on the car company Alpine once before, but they did something that really struck my interest and I decided to make that this week’s topic. Alpine has entered the EV world, and now for my European readers, this may be old news or not something that you think is post worthy, but here in Canada, we like to make a big deal of it.  Alpine announced they would be entering the American market with their latest edition, A110 EV, in 2026 and if it extends to Canada, that would mean 7 new models will be introduced on the market. Exciting, isn’t it? Well,…

Self Driving Cars – Is there really a bright future?

    August 30, 2024 /

15 years ago if you told me self driving cars would be a thing, I would surely laugh in your face and tell you that you’re crazy. There is no way that they would ever be deemed safe enough – there’s too many risk possibilities – and yet in 2024 the future of them doesn’t seem so bad.  Many car companies have done private testing on closed courses, invested millions and billions of dollars into the technology needed for this, and spent countless hours on R & D and finally got somewhere. But first things first, what really is a self driving car? Well, it also goes by the fancy…

    2025 Honda Civic Hybrid

    August 16, 2024 /

We made it to another car in review! In this week’s blog post we will be reviewing the 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid. Honda is a very reliable brand – one of the best out there if you ask me – and the 2025 model is no exception. With a release date set for Summer 2024 there’s a lot that we know about this new edition (and a lot that we still have yet to learn about).  Not surprisingly, the price tag on one of these is actually not too expensive – starting from $25,345 and going to around $35,000 – which is still within range for the price tags from…
