Cars in Review: 2025 Kia K4
I hope all of my Canadian readers enjoyed the extra day of sleep we got on Monday because of the long weekend. And yes, some may say we have too many holidays here in Canada, but that’s just because we work so hard! Plus it takes a lot of effort and energy to always be saying sorry so we do need the extra sleep when we can get it! I think because of the special post I released two weeks ago, the last post got a little diverted, but not to worry, we are back on track this week with the Cars in Review! In this week’s edition we will…

Ontario Government Calls for Change and I Don’t Blame Them
Car theft is not just a Canadian problem, it happens everywhere and unfortunately the amount of car thefts and car related crimes have been on the rise in recent years. In 2024, although the number of crimes reported seems like a high number (57,359) it is lower than the numbers that were reported in 2023 (70,475). But it all comes down to what the country’s government is doing about it. In this week’s blog post, we will be exploring the solution Ontario’s government (the province I reside in) came up with in an attempt to solve this ever growing crisis. Before we start, just to illustrate or bring life to…

Used Car Costs on the Rise In Light of Recent “Trade War”
Once again I find myself writing another news article involving Trump. Now, it’s not to say that I am a fan of his (I highly disagree with many statements he has made), it’s just the things he’s been doing and saying have severely been impacting the automotive industry and here we are again. This time focusing on the impact that even used cars would have as a result of this never ending “trade war” Donald Trump has caused. Thanks to the rising costs of nearly everything in our lives, I don’t disagree with you if the next car purchase you intend on making is a used vehicle – simply because…

2025 Dodge Charger Daytona EV
Dodge has done it again, they have created a stunning car (well electrified version of an already pretty nice looking ride) and it really is becoming the talk of the town. In this week’s blog post, we will be reviewing the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona EV – that’s right, an electric vehicle produced with the Dodge badge. In terms of the exterior design, the 2025 EV has not strayed from its classic look. Sure nothing gets better than Dom Toretto’s model seen throughout the Fast and Furious movies, but nonetheless, still a head turner on the road. Plus, just by looking at this model from far, one wouldn’t know right…

Tax on Imports? Yes, in a Trump Future
As I’m sure most of my readers have heard by now, the President of the United States wants to impose taxes on some of the key products that are traded between Canada, Mexico, the United States, and China, and unfortunately this includes cars and car parts as well. The tariff was supposed to come into effect February 1, but after talks between Trudeau and Trump on February 3, it has been postponed until March 1. Nonetheless, if the tariff is imposed on the 3 named countries, it really will change the way things are, especially for Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Now although Trump claims that the United States…
